🚀🚀Introducing Mission Blast to the 2019 festival!!🚀🚀

Now’s the time to share your amazing 15s30mMission with the world!

We know how keen you all will be to celebrate the fabulous ideas you have come up with.

The format will be really informal – the mission blast participants will sit in a circle, talking to 3-5 festival attendees at a time about their mission. After 3 minutes, the ‘listeners’ will move on so you have a new group of heroes to talk to, a bit like speed dating but with more joy!

The listeners will pick their favourite 3 missions, and then there’ll be a glossy awards ceremony later in the afternoon! Sounds fun eh!

Festival FAQ

How do I book tickets?

Tickets are available via Eventbrite

Who is the festival aimed at?

Anyone who is interested in finding out how they can make a difference in the workplace – to get themselves started in making change. It doesn’t matter if you have been leading on Quality Improvement for a decade or are only just starting out – you don’t need any background training or theory to join us.

How much does it cost?

The festival is free!

What will I learn at the festival?

You will learn about our social movement, the impact of reducing frustration and increasing joy at work and how any staff member can get started tomorrow! Whether you leave with a single mission for yourself, or a plan to launch a trust-wide 15s30m campaign, the festival will give you the tools and space you need.

*NEW* Festival Line Up (running order)

15s30mFestival 2019 LINE UP

This is our running order for the day including details of the Mission Blast & Festival Stalls throughout the day. More details on the stalls coming soon…

*NEW* Festival Stalls

During the afternoon we’ve laid on some stalls which you might find useful, where you can ask and learn from experienced QI practitioners.  When you arrive you’ll be asked to sign up for the sessions, first come first served. You’ll have enough time to attend x3 of these stalls.

THE FESTIVAL STALLS;

Stall 1; The Coaching Stall

Tilla Brook – Leadership Engager & Coach

Pick this stall if you have collective issues you would like coaching through. Works best in teams who have questions ready.

Stall 2; Why Do You Work Here?

Rachel Pilling – Consultant Ophthalmologist & Co-Founder of 15s30m

Pick this stall if you have never attended a 15 second, 30 minute workshop before and want to learn more. Discover where the joy lives for you in your workplace.

Stall 3; TARDIS & Mission Express

Dan Wadsworth – Transformation Manager & Co-Founder of 15s30m

Pick this stall if you have never attended a 15 second, 30 minute workshop before and want to learn more. Discover what makes a good mission (and what doesn’t!) and why it’s important to start small.

Stall 4; Appreciative Inquiry

Carrie Biddle – Therapies Clinical Governance & Quality Lead at Royal Cornwall Trust. Lead for the 15 seconds, 30 minutes First Wave.

Pick this stall if you want to learn about how doing more of the good stuff by asking the right questions can lead to positive organisation change, instead of trying to find problems and fix them with answers.

Stall 5; Infiltrating an organisation from within

Gary Mudge – Improvement Practice Facilitator at LiveWell SouthWest

Pick this stall if you want to learn more about how you can spread a positive message from the inside out of your organisation, rather than top down.

Stall 6; #ButFirstADrink

Rachael Brandreth – Professional Lead & Paeds Dietitian, Cornwall

Pick this stall to learn more about how to start a social movement in your organisation, but first, lets have a quick drink.

Will there be refreshments?

We will provide tea, coffee and a sandwich lunch. Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements.

What do I do if I need to cancel my ticket?

Please email us info@15s30m.co.uk directly so we can release the ticket to another delegate.

What is the accessibility of the building?

The building is accessible by wheelchair. If you have any other special requirements such as large print materials please let us know – we can also send out presentations ahead of time if you need to load them on your electronic device.
